2011 Hyundai Equus sedan makes US premiere at the 2010 New YOrk Auto Show.

As Hyundai introduces the Equus in select areas this summer, John Krafcik, president and CEO of Hyundai Motor America says that Equus takes Hyundai’s formula for intelligent luxury to a new level.

This is the Brand New Hyundai Sonata (Codename YF)

This brand new Hyundai Sonata will be expected to launch by 2011.

The Korean market version is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder producing 165 horsepower and delivering 30 mpg. The North American model will ship with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder unit in the base configuration, featuring direct injection. A a 3.5-liter V6 model will target upper-level competitors. Expect a little less than 200 horsepower from the four-cylinder and around 250 horsepower from the V6.
